    17 July 2003

    This legislation was passed by the Solomon Islands National Parliament on 17 July 2003. It gives the legal authority under Solomon Islands domestic law for all of RAMSI’s activites.


  • RAMSI Treaty
    24 July 2003

    The RAMSI Treaty was signed on 24 July 2003 by Solomon Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa and Tonga. The Treaty outlined the nature of assistance to be delivered under RAMSI, the shape of the Mission and the status of the visiting forces in Solomon Islands.
